Our Fees
Fees are based on time spent and timekeeping is regulated by our advanced software system, Greatsoft, also used by various accounting and auditing firms. Each staff member is compelled to complete time sheets on a regular basis according to tasks assigned to them and time booked are reviewed by management. Our professional software system is used as the basis for charges to clients. Our fees are reviewed annually, effective 1st of March each year, and are subject to change. BIPA fees are also subject to change as per Government regulation.
Our fees consists of Annual Fees, Standard Rates and Hourly Rates.
Annual fees are charged in December each year for secretarial, BIPA and tax compliance services. Standard rates are applicable to submissions of tax and other related returns, registrations and de-registrations. Hourly rates are charged for services rendered by the different departments within our company and varies according to regulations, scope and qualifications required to perform tasks.
